Bill’s
practice is concentrated in commercial transactions and litigation.
Bill’s transactional work includes equipment leases, renewable energy
project finance, commercial real
estate loans, contract negotiation and condominium documentation. He has
significant experience in creditors’ rights including lease enforcement,
commercial collections litigation, loan workouts, foreclosures, replevin
suits, lien enforcement and bankruptcy. Bill’s clients have included
national and regional banks, equipment leasing and finance companies,
vendors, real estate developers, commercial collection agencies, and
homeowner associations. Bill previously served as in-house counsel for a
regional bank. Bill is Of Counsel with Marks & Weinberg, P.C.

Bill
and his wife Lori have two young children, Will and Laura. In his “free
time” Bill enjoys home improvement projects and keeping up with his
kids. Bill is a member of Trussville First United Methodist Church.
